@angelwing33, I'll have to do that kind of philosophically as I have not had a relationship in an awfully long time  . I am also working on the 'not good enough' thing, which is not an easy one to let go! |

perhaps add
when does it start
can you see the situation or 1st thoughts
that make it happen the usually expand out
like circles formed from a droplet falling in water and become the headache
when expanded enough in the wrong way as energy
and turn bad and are the headache by than
perhaps you can see a pattern of how it starts
and learn to counteract and change it
till new insight you have gotten has won
after that
some one told me once

i find that interesting :-)

Well, usually I wake up with it. Sometimes it starts at work (great big clue there! I don't like my job) but at the moment I have been off work for Christmas, so waking up with the headache is a bit strange. I am not aware of any bad dreams.

ok thanks I will think about that and see what i can come up with
the work thing seems to be to feel pushed , to what you as you say don't like
the waking up I had that a few months ago once did not get quite why also
well ok will think about it

I will ask, I realised some time ago that it wasn't the right name any more, but by then it was too late as you can't change user names on this forum.

Headaches can have many causes and things to help. Ginko is one thing that helped, as I mentioned before. Though as I recall, and it's been many years since I started, I think it took maybe a few weeks for it to take effect.
I also being very light sensitive always wear shades outside and have a thick curtain over the window to block out a lot of light, though the window has mini blinds.
Yours may be multiple things, some of what I mentioned stress. not sure if what you eat may cause headaches.
