Hello

Well that is a given is it not. WHY does the EGO of man so feel WE are the ultimate in learings and growth.

All living things in fact to me all things have a SOUL. That Soul has a purpose to be to move on a path th Enlightenment.

MOST interesting read.....and WELOCME back to SF.

Thank you Lynn, glad to be back!

I think that some people find it surprising from a scientific view point because some think that spiritual experiences are the result of higher brain functioning. Like language and advanced problem solving.

I agree with you though, if humans have a soul all other creatures have to have them by default, as we are animals ourselves.

hello Animus... I am new to the forum and had to reply a big hello and yes I could not agree more this is a topic dear to the heart of myself and dearest darling recently departed husband... we were at the doctor's one day and we happened to talk about the fact that we enjoy being at home with our dogs and this particular doctor made a remark in a very sarcastic tone that what do dogs know they are only dumb animals... well of course we never went back to that doctor did we..!! I was told once a long long time back by an aura reader that "I don't need to tell you anything do I and did you know there is a black dog sitting at your right side?" ... I replied thank you and smiled to myself that's my girl Shiva...!!

My last home is what most people would call haunted. The place kept my 2 dogs busy running around barking & growling at the invisible.

When you look at an animal, any animal, you are looking at yourself. The very same essence that is you, that is The Great Spirit.

All life is one.

Animals don't need to have spiritual experiences, they are already one with nature, they just live in the moment of Now.
