I have to agree.. letting go of the ego is a big part of awakening. I'm just now understanding how to do just that. I have to say, it's quite freeing .Also, I think it's perfectly fine to use another word for it. what makes you feel comfortable is best for you.

It's really frustrating to experience such things without knowing what's going on.I'm not 100% sure,but in my case everything points to kundalini power,that is running through my system.
Everytime i use my thoughts with a purpose,i can feel activity to the root chakra,and then it starts to spread.
By the way,i was thinking to ask you to advise your contacts about it.
