You're welcome - Sri Vasudeva explained it - as well as a lot of other hidden meanings in the Bible. The thing is, when you have the experiences of the subtle bodies, that's when scripture starts making sense - any scripture - because it's all based on a universal (but extraordinary) experience. |

Dawn,
The 3rd eye region of the body is where the pineal and pituitary glands are located.
It is commonly thought that its the pineal gland that should be exercised. It is my experience that both glands work in harmony with each other energetically and it is best to think this way. That is why this region of the body is considered to be just 1 chakra.
I hope my views on this are helpful.
