Robert Bruce has a website devoted to learning how to astral project called astraldynamics. He also has a book titled "Practical Psychic Self-Defense". You can join his forum and ask for help there. Visualizing yourself inside a silver bubble is protective and you can also call on angelic help. Archangel Michael will come if called and will stay with you if you ask. They can't. They're closed minded here. I don't know why. It doesn't make sense, you're going to have to keep searching.
I too am having psychic attacks but it is from my TF, and his wife sends me daily witch craft attacks. The only thing that used to help is, protective psalms played for several hours when I slept, arming yourself with scripture /reading God's word, but that does not seem to help me. The psalms helped. Jet stone helped, and using the prayer of covering myself in the blood of Jesus, praying to God for help on your hands and knees.
No, I am not religious. but this helped, and I was told to do so.
I don't hear voices. at all. I am being attacked, as it's gotten to this stage because I cannot release the thoughts of my TF in my mind, and so it keeps him here, when he is meant to leave the country and our time to come together has ended. I NEED him to go desparately as he keeps taking all of my blessings.
I don't know how to clear the thoughts of him, I'm using MAP on the go. and prayer, and fasting, and accepting myself, and everything, I don't know how.

Saying people here are closed minded is NOT ON people have tried to help you but you Dismissed what they have said.
You need to see a doctor as you are so dismissive about everything said to you

I don't see anyone being closed minded.
Those that don't know how to help have not posted, wise of them to stay out of it, imo.
