some advice needed much please

Hi all
i became sensitive to spirits about 3 or 4 years ago.
since then my body pics up all kinds of vibrations no matter where i am at the time.

when i close my eyes it seems like there is a white light just above my nose but not all the time my eyes seem to move up to the middle of my fore head and there is an eye sometimes it can be light blue , violet or pure white.

what is happening to me please.

i also can see spirits in energy colours of the arura mostly i see the persons soul not who they were in appearance.
only now and again I would get glimpses who they once were even then i see them in the arura colours.

can anyone explain what is happening to me please as i can sense emotions off of living people aswell all this emotional incoming from the desceased and the living is making me want to explode with in.

i am greatful for this gift but it gets confusing where the emotions are coming from either the desceased or the living and to top that i sense energy off of enamenate objects aswell.

please can anyone explain what im going through and is there someone on this forum that can be my mentor through this nerving time for me ?.

sorry for this being long winded but this is what im going through at the moment.
