Barometric pressure??
There's a severe thunderstorm warning here--the first one since I've become a little more energetically sensitive. I feel uncomfortable--as though my energy field is congested, if that makes any sense. Is anyone else here affected by weather changes? Any suggestions or do I just have to stick it out?

Yes I get that too. Very mildly. I almost always feel vaguely nauseous just before a thunderstorm, or might get a slight feeling of pressure around my temples. Usually about a day or sometimes less before the storm.
I don't know if there is anything one can do about that or not. I just roll with it.
When the storm actually breaks I like it. I enjoy thunderstorms. But they only last about an hour most of the time where I live.

There is an interesting question. I tend to get more energetic like excited/alert before a storm comes. Though on cloudy rainy days I feel kind of more tired, laid back. Like my energy is zapped-kind of like right now :P Could be bio rhythm who knows :P Sun gives me energy usually too
I heard animals can really feel it, my mom said how like dogs and cats can just feel the change in the pressure and it freaks them out. Not sure if that's true but it seems common dogs/cats hate storms.

Funny thing about this. There are some fairly lengthy stretches when I may not listen to or look at a weather forecast. And it’s my habit to close the curtains at night in the bedroom, for nighttime household energy conservation. So morning light doesn't appear until I open the curtains when I rise. But countless mornings I've known - when just waking up - what the "weather energy" of the morning is, before I've even approached the windows.
By which I mean a feeling of whether it's cloudy, sunny, getting set to rain, whatever. I came to rationalize it as my sensing the barometric pressure (though I suppose it could be something else).
I too "roll with it". Yes I do feel it if it's going to be overcast or rainy during the day, but possibly without an extremely adverse effect on my mood.
