Is there anyone who's highly experienced with energy work who could possibly lend som

some help? I have had lot's of destructive energy intentionally sent my way a few years ago and uuuh it's created a looot of health problems. I've literally done all I can do up to this point to fix myself up but it's just unbearable - it's like I just can't seem to throw the ball straight no matter how hard I focus or anything. I would absolutely love to become independent with this stuff in the future but my conscience/inner voice is shouting out for me to ask for help and at this point I can't ignore that voice anymore - I hope someone is able to help out cause I have a lot of problems with my aura and chakras and what not and it's affecting my ability to hang out with friends/work/all the other stuff you're supposed to be able to do in life

i'm not highly experienced with energy work, but i have an idea.
my thought is that you want to be "grounded"; this should
draw these 'negative energies' out of you.
the idea is that you're a conduit for energy transferal... you don't
want to keep any energy, but let it flow through you.
spend time in nature and "connect" with mother earth...
admire the beauty of the natural world... in the process,
release all the pent up energies within you - ground them
into the earth.
you may feel 'drained' at first (which is good!), but new
energies will come in to replace the old... let them flow as well.
keep and incorporate only those energies that serve to bring
you greater health and happiness... this is a process that is
more likely than not subliminal (you don't have to think
about it). just let everything flow. focus on the happy ideas
that come to your mind and find joy in them; let everything flow.

Energy can be changed through consciousness but in your case it would take time through that method....energy changes through sound....sound is the bases of alll creation.
Certain frequencies alter the fields around you if there in a natural state.
I suggest you get a tunning fork at the hertz range of 528 hertz.

Basically you can run it around the outside of the body or get someone that can do it for you..
The other method is to set up a grid formation made to a particular geometric shape...using crystals you can arrange them in the geometric shape...just print one out and arrange the crystals around that shape...keep it in one place because energy will start to accumilate in that area...it will grow and expand...this energy morphes and blends with other energy fields and balances the hertz frequencies in any field that not coherant.

As HORACE says, go out to Nature (even a park is good), lay on the grass and just imagine these energies being slowly sucked out of your body by the Earth.
Stay like that for at least 20 minutes. Time really does not matter, but our brain needs it.
Also, you absolutely MUST stop talking about what happened to you. Because you are only feeding the situation by either talking of thinking about it.

Maybe your not supposed to be doing that stuff.

I'd recommend finding a energy worker in your area, or finding a spiritual community. You will be amazed with the amount of relief you can find when you are surrounded by positive energy.

Not sure if this is where this question should be posted but here goes.

Concerning energy, is it true that every entity (mortal and immortal) has a energy field around them ?

If yes, then as the spirit gets closer to you, does the energy become more focused / pure / defined ?

Its just that when drifting off, i find it possible to sense a general 'background' energy level.

However, today, when drifting off, a energy source went more pure as though it had a casing.

Comparison: imagine all of the static around us like energy. Then as a entity gets closer the energy takes the form of a battery as it is electricity contained within a physical container.

Are spirits the same where if they are a mile away you register the background energy. Yet close up you feel their entire presence.
