Pain in hands?

I was attuned in level 1 a couple of years ago but I felt no different, I didn't practice , and I gradually forgot about it. Recently ive been reading about psychic phenomena and ive been meditating.

I decided to try reiki again. This time my hands tingled and I started to feel lightheaded. Then I noticed some sharp pains in my root chakra area (like many women and some men, I'vebeen sexually assaulted). Then my hands started to hurt so I stopped.

Maybe my vibration has gone up a little so that I feel things more? Also, I'd been wearing some crystals earlier. Strange. Has anyone else had this issue with their hands?

Also..I feel like I may have inadvertently attracted some stubborn negative energy...how can I get rid of it?

May I suggest that after performimh 'Hands on Reiki' that after you closing 'Grounding' movement, shake both hands like you were flicking water from them.... this is to release any negativy energy you might pick up.

I'm sure that you would have been taught to do this 2 years ago, but maybe you forgot..

pain is usually a sign of an energy block that can sometimes have negative consequences on the body too, so if it continues get it checked.

primarily we usually have a hard time relaxing and enjoying the love to take care of these blockages. sometimes we need help of others to help us to relax more so that the block is released. some blocks are so deep that it takes a long time, but then another comes up. it's like an onion with layer after layer being released.

it takes time and much practice being in the heart and feeling the love until the pain disappears and dissolves into the love.
