thank you all!! i do have low blood pressure and it is possible i have raynaud's. my grandma mentioned recently how she has cold hands also and that it could be genetic. her and i are in the same work field and both really spiritual. but it could just b a genetic thing.
Yamah, you should teach me! i have cycled a lot in my life so i don't know if it would have changed anything...but i am willing to listen! i want to become an nergy healer in the future and i should open the energy channels, huh?! namaste,

My wife has very cold hands due to low iron in her blood.
Get checked out because they missed it on her a few times.

interesting! i am a vegetarian so maybe i should take iron supplements whether that is the issue or not! thanks :)
