Dream portal

I think I created some kind of portal in my dream to go beyond the dream. I was looking at a black computer screen and noticed that the screen extended quite high above my head. When I looked up, I noticed that this made my head spin and produced a mild bliss sensation. At that point, it was as if the black screen became a portal to leave the dream, just by letting myself merge with it.

However, I only kind of dipped my toe into it, because I had the usual fear of somehow losing myself (intuitively, it's connected to the fear of death: the impression that in order to "fully enter" I have to let go of some part of myself, which I find really hard to do, just because it's existentially scary). So I went along with it only a little, but I could sense the potential bliss that lies beyond. I think this dream experience is also useful to become more prepared for the experience of dying (so if I manage to overcome the fear of this particular experience, which would be a huge deal for me, I think it would help when the time comes that I "move to the other side").

I wonder if I can recreate this "portal" in future dreams. Probably it's also related to how much I meditate (in the recent days I meditated more than usual) because I suppose this sets the stage.
