This is for practice.

Example.

You want to get inside your soul but you don't know how.

Imagine your self passing the threshold.
The threshold could be a door,a line,a gate,or anything else that represents the role of a threshold in your mind.

Before you do it,state what you are going to do,and then see it in your imagination.
The statement plays a large role, because you are placing your intention to the future.
This way, your inner self, subconsious, knows what you are about to do, and most likely will open the doors for you.
First I do the statement and immediately I use vision-imagination.

If it doesn't work, then address the guardians of the threshold to let you pass.
Follow the same procedure,and imagine that the guardian is opening the door for you.

In my case I could feel a shift.Propably an energetic one.if I don't,means that I need energy and power.
If I am relaxed enough I might experience the energetic impact in a different way.

Depends on the mental and energetic state I am in.

I think thresholds are more than imagination or mental constructs.
One time I decided to pass the threshold of my subconsious,and I saw a dude preventing me to open the door.
Someone spoke from the inside to let me pass,and the guardian unlocked the door for me.

From that point the vision got out of my conscious control and i entered into something like a kings chamber

lol I had a similar experience. Once I meditated through the 3rd eye, it was obstructed in some way, I managed to pass and found a dinosaur there! I chased him away and found myself much better afterwards. I think that was a silverfish, I randomly have some of them popping up in my flat, and they sometimes disturb my dreams.

I had this too! I still wonder who that person was, but before entering, there was a huge king cobra as a guardian. I didn't move, and he finally left quite frustrated.
Then I had to dress up and I had the "conversation" (well, I just listened to my sentence!).

These things are very odd to me, because they don't correspond to my way of thinking or beliefs, I am much more into seeking harmony between individuals than social constructs.

But we, humans, are so much dependent on insects and all sorts of life, some being social species like bees, that I wouldn't be surprised if they controlled our lives in a much deeper way than we could imagine.

Fears and blocks can appear as anything.
A common one is the huge *** black spider to the window.
Many had seen this thing.

One other time I commanded the negative force it was harrasing me to reveal its form and I saw a dude taking out his mask,and he was the devil.
Red skin, horns, etc.
I took his head with a sword, his horns, and his tongue as well.
Immediately I felt peace and calm.

Problem is That these energies are just energies that found their way to your brain, and eventually your mind.

As for the visions, many would think that it's a fantasy.
I d say a big No.
It's about using your fantasy as an interface to get there.

I've seen one a couple of days ago, but at night. In French we have a saying "araignée du soir, bonsoir", which means "spider at night, goodnight".

And as I was typing the last post I took another quick look to the links.
When I saw the word veil, I knew that somehow I have to use it in vision.
For the moment I was seeing the thresholds as lines and doors. Maybe see a veil and lift it?
Pierce it?
I'll find a way.

I did a quick visionary trip to a veil and there I saw five or so guardians.They told me not to do anything for my own good and that they guard it for me.
Usually everytime I see blocks I attack, smash, or simply will bring my serpent to deal with them.

This time I decided to leave and trust the dudes, and then I saw something like a wall of white material manifesting to prevent me from going there.
I asked what is this thing and The first thought that came to mind was body Fats.
Something builded a wall of fats to prevent my kundalini.

I bet those on the same page have problems when they eat fats and sugar and that's because it blocks the kundalini energy, activating heart palpitations and other negative symptoms.
This energy doesn't like body fats.And when I do such things after heavy meals, the whole thing feels wrong and unbalanced or doesn't work at all.
