Crystal Grids for self-love healing

I’m interested in making a mini crystal grid for my adult daughter.

Intention for self love & self confidence healing

What should be my base?

What should be the crystals?

Special shapes?

Does the center stone need to be a tower?

Hmmm... did you ask her? Nr 1 unwritten rule is to not do any energy-work for someone without their consent... Only if a child is younger than approx. 12-13 can the parent decide.

Centre stone doesn't have to be a tower at all, it does have to be large enough though so it can hold & direct the power & energy. So do not go for a small one and when in doubt, go for a bigger one.
What crystals to use is difficult to say. I'd go for crystals that feel harmonious together, again the size is important. Not so much for enough energy but to be able to handle the energy of the grid. This does hinge a tad on how much work it has to do and how long you will keep the grid active. The longer and the more work, the more it will take from crystals, hence larger ones being a good choice.

Which ones again depends on what you have, what feels good to you etc.

I think that what I said above is more important though, and also: do not get your ego involved in this. In other words, don't put intentions on it of what you think she needs.
Especially if you didn't ask if she's okay with this, you have to keep it VERY neutral in that sense. Emphasis on VERY!
There shouldn't be anything in there that comes from your steering, even if you mean so from love.
What you could do is make it an offering of love & confidence that is going to her but then leave it there, like a 'balloon' kind of, and then it's up to her to let it in, or not.
That way you don't force anything, you just offer it and she can take it or leave it or take it whenever she's ready for it.

Rose quartz is always good, with maybe a clear quartz centre stone. Intuit.

And bear in mind that in actual fact it's not okay to do this without consent...

Yes, you should ask if she's okay with it.
Everyone has free will & choice and it's not right to take that away from them.
