Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Miss H /Legrand … perhaps you should also come forward now and share the touch of Gods hand, so to speak. I have been so graced only once, in as to my conscious memory. He is with us, within us always, of course.

Hello Unseeking,

I wrote this to Miss Hepburn (hope she won't mind me sharing this):

*** It is like the reversing our returning the light method:
"Whatever you experience during spiritual practice ignore it and turn your attention away from it and towards the background awareness. Turn your attention away from the seen and towards the seer. Turn your attention away from the known and towards the knower. Turn your attention away from the heard and towards the hearer." p 102 The direct Means to Eternal Bliss. 2015 Edition. ***

End of quote to Miss Hepburn.

This returning of the light, to take the words form the secret of the golden flower, is to me the first and most essential thing to do when one starts meditating. Nothing should count more. It is where ''lives'' the Unborn.

If one is graced by the contact of the Goddess, after returning the Light, She who creates, maintain, and dissolves (and dissolves Herself in the same process) the worlds after that, then one may create the ability as a living to see the unborn of both side of the Light. Meaning behind each object on one hand and behind the subject, or awareness, looking on the outer side of the Light.

It is my opinion that is what the Unborn is trying to do in creating those worlds of illusions, to Enjoy seeing Itself, even if it is an illusion.

IMHO

Antoine

I have been so graced only once, in as to my conscious memory. He is with us, within us always, of course.
You know sometimes in my awe and exuberance I have spoken of my experiences here.
Later, I think maybe I shouldn't do that. I was taught not to. Why?
Because it could make someone sad that they do not have these experiences. They may even give up.

When really every one has the perfect visitations or experiences or journeys for them.
But maybe I could say - OMG - we are so loved by our Maker...I mean like no other Mother, Father, Friend, Lover...
so intimately and so natural and so easy...
like putting on a glove that fits...so comfortable and cozy.
He is absolutely wonderful....and knows EVERYTHING about us like an intimate confidant.
Those that may be afraid of God..Oh my, He is the LAST person to be afraid of! He adores you. Is He a real Being? Oh my, yes.
Sweet and gentle and funny and kind...remember, He made puppies.

AND, besides - this is zinnat's thread.

Everybody's Experiences will be different, and it all depends how long you have been Meditating.
For myself i know i should meditate more.but as i have Fibro and arthritis for me i fall asleep. so i dont do it.
For others their mind is to busy so they cant concentrate,
As i say everyone is different and their progress will reflect that.

Thank you Legrand! Yes, I appreciate the Golden Flower meditation way. What I was asking you to share, is a direct knowing, as graced!

Thank you Miss H! All said & done, I don’t think anyone will be sad at not having had spiritual experiences … rather, they will be delighted with a definitive validation of light at the end of the tunnel.

Over to zinnat then, with lively inputs from readers and we would like to hear something more from ShivLok too!

If I may,
Let your (our) beauty and light shine and inspire those who seek the light. Jesus taught not to hide the light.

Miss H,
Of course, this thread is created by me but that does not mean that others should hesitate in saying or sharing what they feel like worth doing. That would be other's contribution to the thread in a meaningful way. I would certainly appreciate that because that would give me chance to understand others perspective and thus enables me provide further details.

with love,
sanjay
