Hi there! My name is Kelsey and I live in Vancouver, BC, Canada. I'm joining this forum to expand my knowledge. I've recently become very interested in spiritualism. I grew up a Protestant but never felt that it resonated with me, so then I declared myself an atheist. Until when I was about 15 and discovered Sylvia Browne. I got involved with the local chapter of her "church" but it soon broke away and shut down because of the percieved "corruptness" of Sylvia Browne and her church - they kept it all very quiet so I never really found out what happened or why it was shut down.

And so I sort of floated around for the last 10 years until I discovered a local church here in Vancouver - a spiritualist church. I finally feel at "home" and at peace with the spiritual part of my life, but there's so much more to learn, discuss, and discover. I'm eager to learn about other's knowledge, experience, and viewpoints.

Sylvia Browne was a different case in Soul Society or so I've heard. According to recent news, (always released after the fact) a reaper was assigned to her and decided then to give her Divine Intervention. But since she was *supposed* to give a message to the Earthly realm but didn't and was *told* repeatedly by her Guardian Francine not to share certain details, (she did so anyways at a price)....

Fame, fortune and glory....Not what was supposed to happen. So the reaper in question decided to "fix his mistake" and take back the Intervention. Which is a pity, because now we'll have to wait until a new person is born and it may be too late.

Very interesting. She really got caught up money and fame. I'm grateful that she introduced me to the spiritual though but it was sad to see that she too succumbed to the want of power.

I really wish I could tell you all her message that she was supposed to give, but its out of my league. Even us Akashic Reapers of Higher Management have to wait for an Inter-Divine person for approval of telling anyone. Boo.
