Me and my Step-father
Hey guys, a thought just crossed my mind, and i find it to be worth sharing here as i have no answer for myself. For some reason, me and my step-father have always had an incredible difficulty connecting even though it is blatantly obvious that both parties were trying their best to do so. He would live in the same house as i did, but we always felt like strangers to each other, he is without doubt the hardest person i have ever yet to meet, and i think he feels the same way about me, its just like we were not meant to be affiliated with each other in any way.
Does anyone have any decent idea about why this could be? Any spiritual conjectures?

Have you tried talking to him directly about how and why the two of you just aren't meshing together? If you're both blatantly trying, then at least the desire to really get along is there. So maybe just a heart to heart conversation is what the two of you really need.
