As a fragment of reality, each individual naturally is a part of the whole and thus influences the whole. With a population of almost 8 billion, this planet has become a mentally and emotionally blaring environment. However, it is widely known fact that an individual has a greater tendency to gravitate towards that which resonates on their frequency. The law of attraction, as it may. Humans always tend to attract that which is appropriate considering the current state of mind, even though at times what it encountered may reflect the unconscious contents of the self. Thus, the individual emotional and mental climates of people, locations or objects are a fragmented part of the collective and in actuality rather diverse. Since consciousness precedes biology, it condenses to form it, therefore there cannot be accidents or coincidences, merely events that we, as human beings, appear to be able to assess objectively enough from a far enough viewpoint. For instance, the transition of consciousness of a group or even the entire globe begins with one genuine intention that will vibrate through the web of infinite intelligence, resulting in the butterfly effect. Information traverses at an immense pace through the collective unconscious and the collective mental and emotional climate, in general it is available instantly, yet the interference cause by the emotional and mental noise often takes precedence or may be consciously filtered out until hours later, when one has found time to relax the mind. Retrospectively, it has been proven that unconsciously most individuals are susceptible to the suggestions and intentions of peace and love with a residual effect, although our society has become innately focused upon the differences between dualities. In the theory of everything, classically referred to as string theory or M-theory, the sub-atomic particles are not displayed as solid, they are simply vibrations. In consequence, all is constructed upon the intangible, and each occurrence in which the vibration shifts, it is not only the thoughts and emotions that are affected, it is also the biology. In conclusion, the connection between the reduction of the planets biodiversity due to the human acts of extinction of countless species, which is still on-going, the immune system of the planet has been damaged. Not beyond repair, however, even a planet possesses the ability to rehabilitate itself. It is often stated that the next Ice Age would be merely a defensive mechanism to repair the harm, yet collectively it would be more effective to utilize the placebo effect and restore a natural equilibrium before it may be done on our behalf.

As you stated we are idividauls that live interconnect though thought, and relative perspective in the magnatic device we commonly call the collective conciousness. The sort of democracy of human kind, I belive an idividual influence in the collect may be small but a influence none the less. But as magnetic creatures as I believe us to be when join in proximaty (think rather than distance) like magnets become stronger, and if the world could respect that our opinions are share without argueing religion or semantics we could live in understanding.
But to directly answer your question think about any gathering you willing attended and left happy the people there are together for a single purpose an idea or ideal, as the gather progressed you along with other people are increasly excited about supporting the cause not all the time is there a speech to direct this but under the roof with people of the same vibration it multiples, but at the same time did the neighboring room or build suddenlly sort your cause? Probably not, when obverving energy waves wave of different frequencies don't support one another they pass by as if there was no other force. Now did they observe this gathering visually, auditorly, emotionly? Maybe though the collective
conciousness. But if you isn't adapted to observe such a pure force it goes unnoticed.
