Empathic shielding, health maintaining spell

It says it lasts your whole life but really it lasts all day. Your welcome to change it. I don't care to cause I know when I go to sleep it deactivates. That's just how it works with everyone I believe.
I used to get attacked and messed with hard by spirits and could see to them. This doesn't protect you from them. I use a different spell to protect my self from spirits but I can't share it because it won't work for you. I'm just allittle different.
Shields of light, Shields of my energy bodies and auric field modulate and rotate at will protecting me from people that I am near. Energy shield bubble grow and surround my energetic and physical body so that my own energy and strength are always protected from anyone or anything that comes near me, so that my psychic abilitys cannot pick up on people's energies or frequencies. My energetic shield and frequency bubble constantly protects me from anything that is not of the highest good so that I am energetically, physically and on the soul level always safe within my soul shields. My energy shields constantly grow and expand around me as the layers adapt and always modulate their frequencies to stabilize my well being and health so that I am strong and have full vitality and energetically I am never drained of my vital life force. My energy shields are always with me and protecting my soul, physical body and emotional states of existence from all negativity, entities and beings not of the highest light, I am of the highest light and my energy shields are made of powerful universal energies that are positive for my soul and physical frequencies. My protective energy shields are created for my highest good and well being at all times in my life. So mote it be, as above so below, this is my permanent manifestation to be consistently protected and safe guarded by my personal energetic shielding.
