Yes. Not because my mother was not physically able to - I said to her you could drop her out a window and she could bounce back at 88.
But, her friend called me that it was time to 'get her' her Dementia was beyond the beyond..and it was.
Locked herself in her car and couldn't get out...neighbor broke a window.
Oh the stories I could tell..and I did at the time to all my friends...daily.
Like putting her on the phone to my sister, saying,
''Now answer her and act like you still have the piano and just agree with everything she says like it's 30 yrs ago!''
My mother sold the piano 10 yrs earlier when she was 2000 miles away from my sister!
Oh, the cat feeding stories...the cat that NEVER ate canned food, but we had 5 cans open in the refrigerator.
