just a little suggestion

Hi guys I too am vegetarian, I am also trying to cut out dairy but thats not why im writing this thread. Just a few tips if its of any help to anybody, juicing green vegetables is very good for you but very time consuming so I take green barley it alkalises the body and also prime directive it is a super probiotic. My friends have been taking mariandina for some time and my family and I have recently started on this too. Sometimes its not easy to eat as healthy as we would all like, and I just find that along with our normal diet these supplements just help to keep that balance. Hope it helps Love Light and Laughter
