All paths do seem valid, in their own right
What matters is that we get to the roots
As we embark upon our wingless flight
Moment to moment, as life pulse reboots

Each path requires, that we release our past
In silence, surrender our lower mind
Fearful thoughts and desires, into form cast
Exhuming thereby, narrow ego bind

Mind-body empty, behold what remains
When thoughts are still, bliss within overspills
Our soul shines in glory, pure and unstained
Such is the miracle, of divine will

Bliss within throbs, in continuity
Time stretched stillness becomes eternity

Ego decadent, soul vibrant

Dream within a dream, it seems surreal
Both waking and sleeping states, look real
Immersed in our life role, we plot and scheme
Before we realise, we flow downstream
Upon life replay, it feels unreal

Shift - material to ethereal
Trancelike state awakes, to poise natural
Shadowy, dreamlike forms no longer beam

Thoughts hazy fade, as staid silence redeems
Pristine awareness, free from erst daydreams
Dreams imaginary hold no appeal
Delusion merely ego spawned scandal
Replaced by inner divine light agleam

Save our hearts burning yearning to connect,
our doing and striving is all in vain.
Magnetic pull, wherein we stand erect,
draws love by resonation, heart ingrains,
shining within soul, free from ego stains.
Game divine, conceals and reveals in tease,
soft, soothing caress, like the morning breeze,
filling our voids, with the love elixir.
Responding to throb of embrace-release,
all nodes within, in joyful caper, whir.

For we are mostly in stupor
How do dark fears, upon us creep
Why so rare, is playful caper

From myopic sight, veiled is light

Our dull awareness, naught at night
Dreams spin us around, while we sleep

Fears and desires, oft make us weep
Wish to be free but know not how
It appears the climb will be steep
For we wallow in the shallow

Restless heart, for Gods love does pine
We can if we choose, take the leap
Unless head, heart and love align

Here we are, in this feeble mind-body
Afflicted by amnesia, plonked upon earth
We are this here now, not everybody
Limited, yet vibrant with childlike mirth

Maya veils, lets us feel life’s sharp contrast
Soul encased in this organic vessel
The truth once known, leaves lower mind aghast
Cognition by single eye spherical

This form a springboard for our soul’s ascent
In truth this life is but a lucid dream
Once head melds with heart, granting love consent
Gods love and light within, begins to stream

Stillness and silence alone sets us free
As bliss bubbles burst in a joyous spree

Ego pride rise, we behold in surprise
Filled with lies, bubble yet does not capsize
Fed by thought, spiralling in narrow slots
Shaky hubris of consciousness, fear fraught
When we cease to weigh and size, ego dies

Voice of conscience stifled, weary soul sighs
Earth entity’s antics, gently decries
Floundering despot, origin forgot
Ego pride rise

Discerning eye within, does truth apprise
Revealing Gods path, through life’s lows and highs
Tragic bondage to desires ego brought
In web of our making, we are thus caught
High time we recognise, as do monks wise

What is this strange place, we find ourself in
Conscience deadened, embrace frigid, God hidden
Trapped in the open, we are yet free within
Love suggestion, compassion but we do not as bidden

Head and heart misaligned, earth entity suffers
Lower mind reigns, this gift of life in vain
Amiable but cautious, doubting ego flounders
Bound in chains, soul darkened by stains

Piquant our dilemma, from heights we crash
Relentless and remorseless is ego desire onslaught
Radiant soul tires under vicious whiplash
Deluded consciousness contracts, with fear fraught

Know oh hermit, soulful presence of innocence is luminescence
Gods grace bountiful awaits us in our heart
Light magnificent, nectar omnipotent, purity quintessence
Bliss ignition renewal, each moment restarts

desire and aversion
bliss and vacuum
at play within
endless silence
aliveness rhythm
propelled by desire
to burn in separation
celebrate fusion of union
as one becomes two

Clear advantage of the energy path
being that there remains within no doubt,
each moment in time, a holy sabbath.
Going beyond concepts, no more doubts grout,
filled with vibrant bliss, as we go about,
fears and desires exhumed in an instant,
we are to each divine pulse cognisant.
Focused with single pointed attention,
joy suffused in our native element,
flow of life unending celebration.
