random fuzziness floarting around my head

Hello

I meditate at least twice a day and have been doing so for a couple of years now. About a year ago, I started experiencing a 'fuzziness' around my head. The sensation is not located where my physical head is, but rather like a cloud hovering around it, about a handspan or so around it and it extends outwards for about another handspan or so as well.

The sensation is occurring more and more frequently, and is not limited to my sessions of meditation (in fact, most of the time it just starts up randomly - I could be in the middle of a meeting at work, or at home eating my dinner, or walking my dog in the park etc).

When I've searched for answers online, it comes up with things like Headache, Migraine, Tumors & Cancer, etc. But I don't think it's any of these things. I have no adverse effects whatsoever. In fact, when the sensation arises, I actually feel elated and euphoric. So I believe it's somehow a good thing and not a sign of illness.

Does anyone have any idea of what it might be?

Thanks in advance for any suggestions :)
Goz

It almost sounds like a brain fog issue, I hear that one a lot. I've never had it and I'm an older gal, but I believe it's kept out of my body due to my taking grape seed extract for years. This antioxidant cleans our blood and circulation. You could google: Grape Seed Ex and brain fog. jam

It could also be due to dehydration. Do you get enough water each day? (About 1-2 litres spread out throughout the day).

thank you both for responding! I drink plenty of water and other fluids so I'm well hydrated. Brain Fog usually describes a difficulty in thinking, and this is not impacting my cognitive function at all. I will look into grapeseed extract though, in case it is somehow related. Thanks again :)

Fascinating experience - I'm sorry I don't have a clue, beyond what has been said.
But, hey, this part sounds great: ''I have no adverse effects whatsoever. In fact, when the sensation arises,
I actually feel elated and euphoric.'

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Your crown chakra may be opening. Physical symptoms can include a tingling sensation and dizziness.

This link talks a little about it.
