Hi everybody,
In a nutshell, this video discusses how our successes and failures, all we gain and all we lose, come together, melt together to become part of our total experience, and over time, over many, many lives, the focus is no longer on separate experiences but on that what we could make of it, that is, the beauty of our soul.
Blessings to all.

One life in poverty the very next a Prince.
Paramahansa said he learned more being a single mother with many children to feed
in poverty than another life as a yogi.

Prepare yourself for the coming astral journey of death by daily riding in the balloon of God-perception.
Through delusion you are perceiving yourself as a bundle of flesh and bones, which at best is a nest of troubles.
Meditate unceasingly, that you may quickly behold yourself as the Infinite Essence, free from every form of misery. ~Paramahansa's Guru's Guru

Hi Miss Hepburn,
Yes I read that too, in Ranchi (India) I believe, where he founded his 'How to live' schools. We could use a couple of them here in the west too, wouldn't be too early imo.
Blessings.

I think that success and failure both offer up opportunities to learn and grow and evolve.

This is true. Ultimately all is impersonal , and both so-called success and failure helps one with knowledge and character development to grow and evolve.

It is the personal self or ego that personalises or emotionalises these events, and makes a major drama out of it.

Mental equanimity is emphasized in all religious traditions and the Gita states that mental equanimity leads to skill in action.

If you look at any professional you can see that they are calm and composed in work and not jumping around in elation or despair.

We create our own reality. Karma has always been seeing (understanding) two sides of the same coin. Success or failure are what we manifest, it is the mind, and we are here to learn to manifest. We can manifest either. There is no such thing as success or failure there is only the experience. Not many see through experience we gain knowledge, understanding, and clarity.
