I don't personally have issues where I would need it....BUT, people I trust have said it helps them. YES!
Also, 10 drops of CBD internally will help sleep...maybe not the first couple nights...stick with it.
But 10 drops a day ---and 10 days later a person got off Celebrex, apparently a nasty drug for pain
(I found that shocking, but I believe her!)
HOWEVER - and again, this comes validated from multiple sources that tried this, later discontinuing the
expensive CBD rubbing oils and creams.
Of course, these do near nothing if you don't have 1000 mg of CBD in the product. Gets costly!
Formula: Buy loose Comfrey tea - put oil, of your choice, in a pan, an inch, say. (coconut can get harder in a jar ...olive oil can be in a quirt bottle, see.)
Throw some comfrey in. Keep it on low for a couple hours...strain, cool.
The darker the oil the better!
Rub on the area . ..
massage it in.
Even better apply heat to get it to penetrate better. Peppermint is a nice additional touch, btw.
And heat could be Tiger Balm or a Solanpas patch, also...if on the run somewhere.
Tip: wash/scrub the area first, helps with penetration.
See for yourself. With tougher areas ...I can tell you a more complicated, messy thing using Comfrey...BUT you only need to do that once or twice.
I'll never forget asking a woman loading up a bag with loose Comfrey at a Health Food Store...
that still has big jars of most everything in bulk....
"What do you know that I don't?"
She said it was for her horse's ankle.
She swore by it. Now, so do I.
Added: And 2 massage therapists I told to make a dark, strong oil. Their clients of years came back and raved.
One texted on a trip to say how it worked...after decades of massage.
I forgot to tell them about the peppermint....could be an essential oil or just a tea bag. :)
BUT really massage the area to work it in.
