I try to avoid leather, but I like Honey and Cheese too much to be a Vegan.

That is true but there are many who are vegan also, the church has been vegetarian for many yeas before it became a fashion.

I think being a Vegan is healthy provided you supplement, Vitamin b-12 springs to mind particularly. I have read that Raw Veganism is the optimal diet, but it seems an expensive way, for example the requirement of expensive blenders/dehydrators.
