great sounds for owning ones space. i often wonder if there is ever a reason to meditate from anywhere but from the stomach. the power of the stomach opens everything up while owning oneself.

I do enjoy the Sufi music and I am glad you turned me on to it.
I was thinking the other day that there is a absorption that
takes place due to exposure to different techniques.
A bridge or gateway or door or path is created that can
develop but all this usually takes time and dedication.
The whole ceremony with the NAC and the medicine is
a holistic approach and is a event that you cannot shake,
you do absorb the energy of the people in a circle and the rhythmic
drumming and gourd and the medicine does provide a unifying
aspect to it ALL. Ah Words,Blah,Blah.
These days I will play this Live reggae channel with it's modern
electronic beats.It naturally makes me move and flow with energy.

it was for multiple days and i believe wound up at a mental Institute. she has no memory other than what i mentioned. she isn't crazy and nothing like that ever happened again. but because of that she doesn't have my view of not worrying about anything. |

Our mind's interpretation can sometimes be our worst enemy.
If this psychic or astral stuff happens out of the blue, without forewarning and if we have no prior knowledge or familiarity with it, it can be a total freak-out and lead to psychological trauma, even psychosis.
So, one definition of F.E.A.R. is good to remember: “False Evidence Appearing Real”.
