Do you do physical exercise too before you start the twin heart meditation??
Thanks
You are welcome :)

Yes, I do physical exercises before and after the meditation.
Doing advanced meditations without exercises
can cause problem after longer period of time.
It is highly recommended and I never do meditation without exercises.
This will help to distribute energy generated from the meditation
through the entire body.
It also very beneficial for physical health.

The most important is to do exercises for 5-10 minutes
but if you want me to recommend some here they are:

Stretching is good for opening up those energy pathways also

I noticed after opening my third eye, I was sneezing constantly, before it settled down. And I think the term "dangerous" is an over exaggeration. Sure kundalini symptoms can be annoying, until they subside.

I wouldn't say kundalini symptoms can be simply annoying, for some they can certainly be dangerous. I believe I was almost killed at one point (I still have major health troubles today which I wonder if are connected). I also knew someone who ended up in a mental hospital for 3 months due to his kundalini which opened up things he wasn't mentally prepared for.

Like i said to the back seat I want to get rid of my nervousness and anxiety.
Want to channel or control my energy from my head and heart to out my root
chakra in the earth. Is that possible and how do i do it??
If i hear its safe i will do what you said and open my root chakra.
Thanks for your info
bey

Daily exercise can help nervousness and anxiety, it releases good hormones and also strengthens the base chakra

The Twin Hearts Meditation which the other mentioned also would be good for this as it helps bring on a loving state which can help get rid of nervous/'anxious energies.

Sometimes when we open up ourselves internally we find things we didn't realize were there. When I opened up, I realized how much sugar was hurting my health. At first I thought these health issues were because of kundalini, now I believe it was a life time of bad health that lead to it. I'm just aware of it now.

Sometimes people confuse kundalini. It can't rise unless all chakras are balanced. We can encounter "dangerous" effects in our gut if we open the solar plexus, we can encounter "dangerous" effects of fear if we open the third eye, we can discover a broken heart if we open the heart. Kundalini is the thing that rises when we have all those chakras fixed

All your chakras are already opened. There is no opening your chakras!
What you can do is you can activate certain chakra
more which will have an effect of activating energies that are inside.
These will effect you condition physically, psychologically, spiritually
and your life on every level.

Kundalini energy is located at the base of your spine.
You can forcefully activate this energy will will then rise up and activate all chakras.
This is what people sometimes try to do.
If your body mind and spirit are not prepared
this can have extremely damaging effect on all levels.
This happens because beside healthy and beneficial energy
our chakras contain certain dirty energies
that will also be activated and effect you on all levels
This can be extremely dangerous and Sometimes it leads to death!
This has happened before
and it will continue to happen because people are not being careful!

It is like trying to lift very heavy weights without proper training!

All of you need to understand this topic better before you try something like that.

Study esoteric teachings.
Study Alice Bailey, Arthur E. Powell, Yogi Ramacharaka and especially
Master Choa Kok Sui.
This will give you a comprehension about how spiritual growth really works,
how to do it safely and very efficiently.

Hi Om Love
So Kundalini energy can be awaken by accident right but if you don't look to
activate it, it probably won't right???
So i should in the mean time try to open the central channel??
How do i do that by opening my chakra's more from top to bottom??
I should stay away form the root chakra is that were the Kundalini energy is??
Is there anything i can do not do to prevent it from happening??
Sorry for all the questions but i want to get it right

Hi anthony c

You don't really have to worry about all of these things if you
do your spiritual practice properly.
Your chakras will activate, be in balance and kudaliny energy
will rise naturally without any negative side effects that way.

Esoteric teaching connect science and spirituality
so if you want to go in depth you should study them.

Like I have said especially the work of Master Choa Kok Sui.
Almost everything I know came from him and I have never seen
someone being able to explain all of this so simply and precisely like he does.
even though there are so many great authors, and some of them I have mentioned.

Book "Achieving ones with you higher soul" should give you most of the answers
you are looking for. You can find it on Amazon

Basically the most important thing to understand is that
each one of us is just one part of the whole.
We are all evolving and we are all creating different thing around us every day
and each individual has free will to help others or hurt them.
Spiritual practice is not only about helping you free your self.
It is mostly about becoming a better servant of divine and in this process
you will be freed as well.

If there was not generosity and sacrifice of Great spiritual teachers
and thousands and thousands of their disciples through the ages
we would not have the teachings we do today.
If they have only meditated and not being of service to others
how wold we be able to free our selfs?

Letting go of ego, becoming a better soul and better servant of a divine is our mission.
Meditations and other form of spiritual practice are here just to help use become that.
To give us the energy or capacity to fight the problems inside of us.
This doesn't mean that we must give up our happiness but we must give up selflessness
and consciously work to become better souls and servants of divine.
Without that there will be no liberation for anyone!

That is the most important lesson.
Teachings that I have mentioned above
are just scientific way to show you that
by helping you understand how chakras work,
how energy works, how kundaliny works,
what is expansion of consciousness and so on.

Hope that helps
