It's so weird you mention crystals singing. So last night I was resting with a beautiful tangerine quartz point and I heard a soft ringing going on. I don't know, is that the singing? It wasn't like a person singing. Just a gentle resonant sound, one note sustained. I've never experienced this sort of thing before.

Not sure, but it certainly could be!
Just try it again, maybe with that same one and at another time with another :)

A message from my "Vivid Dreamers Super-5 Quartz" (seller is a crystal reader and I already knew their purpose when I bought them):

"Lucid dreaming!! Lucid dreaming!!"

Like this was the happiest thing they could possibly think about.

Interesting message. I wish I could dream in a lucid way.
Also I've noticed that over the years wearing crystals I have become more sensitive. Maybe you have noticed that as well.

I practice lucid dreaming induction techniques, it is hard work. But it is so much fun. These crystals (came as a pair) are for increasing vividness of dreams. However, they seemed thrilled that I'm a lucid dreamer.

However, they have a condition for me before they will work with me. I told them no, they are asking something I am not comfortable with, and I respected their right to decide if they help or not. I think we are building a relationship and they may decide to come around in time. Or at least, some of the time :) Sassiest crystals I've ever met! :)

I'm hoping to learn more about lucid dreaming. I do have vivid dreams but having the opportunity to actually be lucid would be very nice.

I do know crystals can be very persistant and that's why I often switch. I love that by becoming more sensitive and having built a large selection I've more or less built my own medicine cabinet.
But by becoming more sensitive to crystals I've noticed it's harder for me to actually recommend crystals to others as there are so many subtile variations.

Yes. I stopped reading what crystals do based on their type of crystal and a website's description. I've discovered that they are unique, and each "batch" of crystals, of a type and location, will have the same message/purpose. But two citrines from different locations, however, may have entirely different messages. Although, color does seem to be a good indicator on the chakra affected.

Such a fun new hobby. :)

Yes I've noticed the differences within the same kind of crystals as well.
What I'm trying to do now is to wear a crystal for a longer period of time. Usually I often switch them and often I get that initial strong impression when wearing a new crystal but that subsides as we 'absorb' the frequencies. But I've noticed that some crystals need more time and I want to look into that and see what results I'm getting.

Yes I absolutely love this hobby but it's an expensive one.

Yeah, my higher self told me in half-sleep state that I needed to wear my crystal for several days if I wanted it to open up and start working with me (talking to me). This has proven true, although sometimes it's sooner. It just depends on the crystal.
