Very heavy feeling during meditation

It feels like 5 minutes into meditation a person approaches me even though I'm alone. Then, my body feeling like it's spinning suddenly, all my energy is spinning, after the spinning it feels like G Force like I'm a 10 thousand ton rock or something I don't feel the lightness of my body or feel like a body anymore.

This happens during meditation and now I don't meditate anymore because that extremely heavy feeling almost hurts my body, and after it's done my body is rigid. Sometimes I get thr sensation that I am a giant while the heaviness is happening.

I want to meditate but this keeps happening. It's so frustrating :/

in the book of revelation it is called a 'seal'. Basically, if you can decide on your own you don't want to do something it saves god the trouble of making an army to keep you from doing it. The way it works is you decide you don't like it, so you decide you don't want to go on, so you've decided not to learn about what is there...

Hello. I'm going to read up on this seal in revelation. Does this mean I'm not supposed to meditate?

Fallingleaves, I don't understand what a seal is then. You said it's a seal and that it's used by God to prevent God from having to make an army stop you from doing something, wouldn't that mean I'm not supposed to?

a better answer than the one I gave yesterday is, it is easiest to go with the plan and not try to get past the seals... one saves themselves a lot of grief that way and listening to god and going along with his plans does have its merits once you get into it lol...

but on the other hand I also think there is little that really 'isn't allowed' to someone who wants something badly enough to pay the price...

After about a years meditation I used to have that. The spinning was when I was detaching from the physical body.

The physical body often felt heavy when I was partway out of it.

if you wanted to face it, you could try to find something in the experience that you can somehow move, or change. Even leaning into the fear is putting a part of yourself into it rather than just enduring it.

but you don't have to do that lol!

This reminds me that I also used to experience that many years ago... wow. I don't remember what came out of that though. But I do think it had to do with unloading heavy emotional baggage. The heaviness needs to be experienced to be purged, it is already a heaviness that exists in your system, multiplied by dozens as the experience gets more pinpointed into it.
My only tip for you is to try and control your fear and observe and allow it. If my speculation is true, it's a positive thing. But I don't claim to know for a fact.
Ask from your guides and angel for protection and trust that you are protected. Then call forth your intuition and ask what to do about this.
