Ideas for Astral Networking

Once a large enough percentage of the population begins learning to astral travel, and to communicate telepathically / read minds, a precious networking gift will be unlocked.

I am not currently interested in direct engagement with this sort of thing, only in discussing it.

The first step would be to unlock the ability to astral travel. One popular method seems to be transitioning into lucid dreaming --> then proper astral travel (fully conscious). To transition into lucid dreaming, I believe it helps to concentrate all of one's attention before falling asleep on the task, as this retention carries over to the dream state.

Astral travel and telepathy permit a method of networking trust. When recruiting psychics, the ability to read their minds makes it difficult for them to deceive in their intentions in joining. Particularly if you question them properly (and efficiently - we all deserve our privacy).

Questions: Are you planning on ever infiltrating or betraying this network for purposes counteractive to its intended functions? Do you consider yourself generally trustworthy? Do you or others consider yourself generally sane?

Loopholes may eventually evolve wherein the questioners can be tricked even while directly mind reading the answers to the questions, particularly with the most developed of psychics and psychic communities. During the early stages of networking, to avoid these loopholes, it may be better to recruit those whom have to be taught telepathy and astral travel. Eventually, the loopholes can be researched and blocked by the growing network.

Imagine a global network of psychic therapists. They can read minds to directly identify the shadow mechanisms of patients, thoroughly map the unconcious/conscious divide, and surgically extract trauma.

The trustworthy yet not sane may be networked into sanity, and the trustworthy and sane taught each psychic ability the network discovers.
