Rejecting an offered view is alright if the rejection is based on direct contrary insight as at the moment of consideration, keeping the door always ajar for subsequent reexamination, since what seems valid today, may one day, someday again change as consciousness ascends to a higher awareness domain.

Repression being delusional suppression and sublimation merely momentary deflection, unless we reboot at the root by shaking off negativity in entirety with unbroken awareness in observational stillness, our very struggle becomes cause of our trouble, needlessly feeding by clinging to gluey egoic bubbles of illusion, entrapped & enmeshed in a web of delusion.

Consciousness shift is not feasible if attention is adrift and so once we are present & sentient in the here & now, all we do to live fully & joyously with clarity is to switch polarity of our attention without memory retention, from time to time choosing the subtle & sublime over grossness & grime and then contemplating honestly without hesitating on how we feel, opting for and prioritising expansive appeal, joy & mirth while upon planet earth.

Let us begin meditation, a few seconds at a time
Then timing the time with the hourly chime
Stretching the chime to the incense of smouldering thyme
Dissolving in & within the divine current sublime
Love enabled, beyond reach of grossness in the grime

Darkness yielding to light every time

Examining the experience we observe an anchored & stuporous orientation
Subconsciously attached to outcomes; impacted by the inconsequential
Ego manifest, personality serious rather than being-ness comical
