Rest. Inquire. Enjoy Life. That sounds exactly like my path the past 20 years. Inquiring as an inner self-understanding discipline is all I would clarify, the rest seems self-explanatory.

I will answer that as honestly as I can. I don't set aside times to inquire. In my experience, every waking minute provides the opportunity for inner self-understanding and exploration. If I walk, am I lifting my feet with conscious intent or shuffling unconsciously? If I talk, am I speaking with forethought, and in a tone and volume that befits the social situation? If I move, are my movements undertaken with care and consideration for others and their space? And so on.

Nice. I was told by a spiritual teacher that every step on the knowledge path requires three steps on the moral self-development path. That was 30 years ago and it really has become one of my life mantras. When one lives with these sorts of foundational truths for so many years, it becomes impossible to separate the inquiry times from the non-inquiry times, the day flows from one inquiry moment to the next.

31 years now actually lol. I've been on a spiritual path since 15, never went to a high school sports game or dance, I was off in nature and later hitch-hiking around the country with 2-3 new-age books in my backpack. I wasn't the black sheep, I was the midnight sheep.
