In short,
As someone who has healed himself and others a few times using various means - the most efficient (besides prevention) is with the use of your hands. picture your hands holding two beans. picture the beans in your head with every exhale beginning to get warmer...warmer...warmer..imagining the heat becoming intense. Practice it.
This is just one method...

By visualising holding beans ,can you specify the beans are of coffee/grain/colour ?.I am suffering from energy overload after my divorce recentely and i got initiated in OSHO NEO REIKI Level 1

By visualising hands holding beans ,can you specify the beans are of coffee/grain/colour ?.
I have recentely started reaping benefits of visualisation but the trigger has been my heart chakra expanding.Though tears come even when i am driving listening to a particular music from a movie i saw three years ago.
