Let's do a Multivariate testing of different strategies to induce an OBE / AP the most effective, consistent and abundant way possible.

This is going to take at least 20 days of practice per each strategy, in order to have the proper statistical validation

If you have to change constants like "Time of practice", re-write it on your spreadhseet and then be constant with it.


Put the Hemi-Sync.mp3 in your mobile phone.

If you don't have microsoft excel, move the spreadhseet into your google drive and open it with google sheets

Also you will need this to do the Experiments. Specially that Direct Strategy which is resisting me, but I will find an angle to make it work.

A - Neckrest



You need this.

Otherwise is very hard to relax at all even in your bed. You just can't do it easily & comfortably. You start to turn around, and have a hard time relaxing. But with a Neckrest. PROBLEM SOLVED.

The position of your body must face the ceiling on the north axis with the direct strategy


B - Headshets



This will make the Hemy-Sync more powerful.

If you have those tiny earplugs of the mobile phone, they are very weak to induce the Hemy-Sync effect in the brain cycles per second


If you're going to participate on the experiment, you must put wheter or not you're using this 2 tools at least 20 times
