Kundalini/ascension & inability to sleep

I’m currently clearing my sacral and healing the generational curses within my family. But my sleeping patterns have gotten so strange. I prefer to go to sleep early and wake early but lately my sleep is all over. Which really isn’t that great considering I have a baby to take care of starting early in the morning. Anyone else experience this?

In my view, we tend to instrumentalise the chakras, losing focus of the goal, which is simply to align lower mind (our thoughts) with higher mind (love vibration at heart centre, universal mind, God consciousness)

Now, since this counsel may not be helpful to resolve your sleep and other blockage issues, after eliminating medical causes, if you still find a problem at sacral level, contemplate on cause of blockage (fear) related to the sacral. In my view, this is the crossroad between lust (carnal, possessiveness, related fear of abandonment etc) and love (unconditional) … each chakra in fact, offers our free will a choice between the high road and low road, metaphorically speaking.

Once you identify the cause, simply disown ‘ownership’ of the related fear, viewing it as an impulse of unknown foreign origin, unwelcome in your auric field. Flick it away, nonchalantly.

I’m not into methods and rituals but well, if any sensible alternative system works (basically a catalyst to calm mind), go for whatever works for you. A soothing massage, maybe, why not? Or simply take the bull by the horns!
