Remedy for depression

I’ve been taking Kava kava for depression but I’m worried the effects on the liver. Does anyone have any other remedies for depression, anxiety, loss of sleep?

I found a dietary supplement to be helpful personally called "Inositol". My body didn't like it ultimately so it was only temporary that I took it. I felt more motivated though while I was taking it. Another thing I've noticed is tumeric and nutritional yeast (not active baking yeast) together provide a strong boost to my mood whenever I have it. I guess Kiwis have Serotonin in them naturally so that might help to add in a diet as well.

Natural remedy for depression

Hey there, that’s a great question. There are actually many ways to cure depression. I found a video on Youtube that explains a few simple ways on how to cure depression.

I’ve tried many different ways to cure this. Here’s a link to a video that gives some great tips.

Click on that link above and once you land on the page, click where it says “I am not a robot”
And then you will be redirected to the Youtube video that shows the remedy for depression.

Yeah, get away from everything spiritual, asap. I know what people will rush to say to this, but for me it was salvation to drop spiritual stuff and get out there and find some happiness in the material world. And this worked, when everything "spiritual" pushed me further into myself and my private jail/cocoon. Yes, happiness can be found out there, just needs some luck, determination to find it and the firm belief you deserve better than a life in depression. The future is yours...just grab it ;)

An estimated 350 million people worldwide experience depression, and between a third to a half of them don’t improve when given standard antidepressants. Shamans traditionally prepare the https://dmt.vision/articles/104/ bitter, deep-brown brew of ayahuasca using two plants native to South America. The findings suggest a rapid antidepressant benefit for ayahuasca, at least for the short term. If further trials do demonstrate its efficacy, understanding its exact mechanism of action might lead to more purified forms or variations with less psychedelic impact.

Depression is not to be taken so lightly that it can be simply vanquashed and/or contained by so-called natural remedies. The only cure to depression is happiness, but unfortunately being happy isn't a choice neither.
