How Meditation Worked

I was watching a program tonight it is about kids teenagers not behaving at home, being rude swearing at their parents taking drugs stealing being out of control.
the program that i watched was about two teens from new Zealand.

They were sent to a strict family in India they played up and their were consequences for their behaviour,

They went out with the family to see a guru i cant remember his name.
he was doing a Meditation the teens took part. along with a big gathering of people.

They thought it was only for 5 minutes but it turned out to be 25 minutes.
when they woke it had touched a nerve in them.
it changed them,they behaved just seeing a Guru.

The program is called Worlds strictest parents, it was one of the teens said after seeing the Guru it was like seeing Jesus alive on earth.

if you have a chance to watch it i would recommend it.
