I can't think of better timing for this during the pandemic!
I started a thread in the "Spirituality & Beliefs: Healing" subsection that is kind of a needle in a haystack over there, so this is just to let you all know. It's the start of my wellness diary as I follow a series of workshops using holistic and integrative sciences (mainstream and ancient yogic sciences, also found in other cultures like Chinese, Japanese etc.).

Boosting the immune system is something we need both to prevent illness, as well as to recover quickly from it.
It's so ironic that the symbol for mainstream western medicine represents risen lifeforce energy that they say doesn't exist! In the future, that will become the real medicine.
