As for getting help, time is short, so I wouldn't recommend any training programs that were offered by the Immortality Process or any other group.
If you are in touch with your inner child or higher selves start there. Then try to go out to a sacred site in nature. Someplace spiritual. And just relax. Get centered. Get grounded. And then ask your higher selves and inner child to please accelerate you. For you it's all about doing and remembering. The more you do the more you remember. Until it becomes like second nature.
