It may not and that is fine, but it is HERE for reference.

It is the initiations by Spirit that make a shaman not initiations by humans.
Yes, very true.

We live in an illusion but it is sacred and what we do here matters.
I think I’d rather call it a dream. And we do have a choice (in the beginning) which dream we wish to be a reflection of.

Yogic tradition teaches that the human being is like a series of sheaths or like the Russian dolls that fit into each other. At the centre of our being is a tiny fragment of Spirit and surrounding this is the soul. Surrounding the soul is the mind and surrounding the mind is the body.
Except that this is still quite linear explanation. Linearity lacks paradoxicality.

True.

Although I have the utmost respect for the ancient lineages, there were at some point the first shamans, the ones with no teachers, the ones finding their way alone through the great conversation with the universe. The newly awakening western shamans are finding themselves in this position.
And when they do find themselves in this situation, they seem to think it is a new discovery a new dawn in the evolution of man, not realizing it has been here all the time, since the ancients.

I just learned – my other gran’s mtDNA haplo H1a (= Veps – shared with some Saami) originally came from Tuaregs, who had moved into the Franco-Cantabrian region and from there "Doggerland".

So, there is descendance from Berbers as well

Well, well, well:

The Berber plot thickens …

Now, Martin High Bear says all people had a form of a sweat lodge and done some form of vision questing.(I have cassette tape recordings, old school artifacts LOL)

I believe this is very probable. We all came from the our Grandmother Earth.
People would have seen it very beneficial to purify with steam.
Especially in the cold times.

I should have stated previously that I was not endorsing the book (Ojibwa Warrior)
I just stumbled on it. Free is free.
I was actually looking for a book called (Gift of Power the Life and teachings of a Lakota medicine man)
Archie Fire Lame Deer & Richard Erdoes.I had planned to copy and paste some parts of it.
This book talks a bit in the back about his liking of the Sami peoples he visited back in the 90s I believe.
This book I do kinda endorse as talking beautifully about Lakota ceremonies and Life.
Plus there is Boo Koo respect for his Father John Fire Lame Deer.(Both are deceased now though)
Too many deceased Elders.

Yeah, I stumbled on this site also in my unsuccessful copy and paste mission.
shamanickundaliniawakening.com
Again not endorsing it, as I only skimmed it.

I remembered you asked maybe running about kundalini and shamanism and
wrapping your head around them.Or something simular.
It seemed like the person on that site got around.
So I threw it your way.

Don’t worry ImthatIm.
Trudell – whom I so much admire was AIM – was he not?
So, I am interested.

Though I do not 1/2 agree with – is what I consider as “Nazi” tactics of NAFPS.

I think in Trudells early days he was into AIM activism.
Probably a member of AIM.
AIM in my opinion has morphed into a more militant group.
I understand where militancy comes from.
I have had my own militancy to deal with. It's just fear and inadequacy and pain reaching out into militancy, again IMO.

EDIT: Militancy may seem justified. But in the Spiritual realm it is not.To the best of my understanding.

EXACTLY!

I also ‘hate’ that the “Wolf Totem” of my V-Haplo gran’s Siberian great-something grandfather is seen as a political/militancy symbol for Anatolian Turks who actually (most parts) lack the Siberian/Asiatic Turk DNA aaand 'spirituality'.

Militarization destroys the culture and the spirituality they say they are protecting. Spirituality doesn't work that way ...

Having seen all these pictures of Berbers or Amazigh people looking so cool on their camels has made me miss camels.
There are so many of them in Central Australia.

In Alice you would, every now and then see people coming through with their camels.
Just behind my then backyard:

We need to learn to utilize all parts of the camel:
