I found a spiritual discord community
It is a place where people can go to discuss spiritual questions and explore the spiritual path of others.
All are welcome and we have practioners from all walks. Some are wiccan, some are buddhist, some are new-age. The common theme is we are all trying to find a community where we can both explore spirituality and also just talk to regular people.
we dont have strict rules about what to say or what not to, so at times it may not be the spiritual high brow community some desire, but its a real community of authentic people.

Yes, discord is a chat room, but with the added benefit of adding channels, using voicechat (VC), video streaming, and direct messages.
While the "chatroom" here can do some of that, it can't do all of it. Discord was originally meant for gamers to communicate while gaming remotely, but evolved into a much better form of the old IRC system.
I'm on various discord servers now more than on message boards like this one. I may be older than almost all of the users I come across there, but it seems like the better method for fast communication. If I need to say more than the 2,000 characters allowed per post on discord, I'll write up a blog post and share a link

Unfortunately, my first experience with them was not a good one. Being Otherkin got the attention of a member who acted like some of the "arguing-atheists" I see online. They live for the debate and to "win", which usually entails breaking down the opponent until they can no longer think straight and can't argue.
I won't name the person, but the server owner only reprimanded them for their actions, and it seemed that it wasn't the first time. Such behavior shows to me that they have at least one troll in their midst and they aren't brave enough to get rid of them.
While I'm still in the server (as "Gryneos"), I haven't posted since almost noon yesterday. I doubt I'll participate much more now, if at all. Might even leave the server.
