A time of crossing paths with someone of similar nature

Some of my threads I am not sure where to post properly so I try to put them where it feels rightish.

Once years ago (again) I was able to cross paths with a younger version of me. This person was strong though but had a lot if learning to go. I was trying to help him and orc he had a lot of resistance to accepting outside help. Not in the narcissistic way or usual way but in a way that an empath is resistant. He would always be testing me and uncertain if what I was saying and who I was is real or not. Or just playing along and acting like I cared or able to help.
One night we was at an impasse his ways of testing me increased. Time to put all the cards on the table, he would do something then I would join him unison. Then hours later he pulled out his Ace up his sleeve that would surely make him be able to reject me or finally accept the situation.
He challenged me to look directly into his heart, no more charades no more child's play games. To openly and honestly look past the physical selves into the spiritual version of ourselves. Without hesitating again we both pierced thru our physical verison into our true self's, what is truly in our hearts. To both of our dismay with nothing in the way of who we was. We both acknowledged who we was.
After that neither one of us had no choice but to accept each other as who we was and what we saw in each other in the true light.
I think it was the first time either of us has ever been able to do what we didnthe way we did it.

Was the first and only time someone has ever seen the two spirits that I guess you can say follow me or is with me. I have known they was there we have interacted several times before. It was a nice reassurance for once that someone else was able to acknowledge there existence.
