Seeing incredible colors

It happened again, this time I felt a cold shiver on my left side of my head, this cold shiver was moving as if it was alive, this should not happen because there was no coldness in my room, the temperature was normal. I could sense its shape, it was an orb, it stayed with me around 5-10 minutes and then it disappeared, I tried to talk with it.

Thank you @Elfin, I know the body it's a temple, when I was really young, probably around 5 years old, I thought I have no body, I thought that I am just "I AM", I just exist, when I first saw myself in the mirror, I was kinda shocked: "I have a body just like all the people.."; this was my reaction, I could not believe it.. I remember that at that time I was contemplating the meaning of life, what true freedom means, from where do we came, how is this possible for a child to have such thoughts? I can't believe that it was me but I remember perfectly, this society has this power to alter us to the point we just become machines, we work, we eat and we sleep, there's no more time for asking the bigger questions.

I feel that our "meeting" here on this forum was planned by the "higher powers", you always come to encourage me, thank you!!

I cry sometimes when I read your accounts. And I can't help that because of my nature of being HSP / empath. Your words are your colour. You have a true , pure beauty. You knew age 5 years old. As a child aged 4 , I realised I was "different". Or should I say that I was "normal"... And that the other kids were "different"... I could not understand them. I didn't know why they were like they were. I couldn't understand why they had to run around like crazy at playtime , while I was just stood quietly on the sideline, observing. I could not understand why they were so "noisy".... And I can clearly remember remember thinking "what is wrong with them?"...... Sometimes we just know things...

I can share what I do to go past any fear what-so-ever?
Well, first - I don't care about any 'go-betweens'...Angels, guides - what ever.
They are nice. But, if you're questioning if they even exist ..where is the trust? See?

For me - my thinking is this, why waste time with subordinates when it is the Top Guy - the Owner of the place that
has all the power to help me out....in any business here I deal with?
I do the same spiritually.

Since I have absolutely no fear of my Father Creator God, only complete reliance and trust in Him, I have no worries in life - or
fear on my Inner Journey...used to, tho.
Everything is 'Him'. So nothing to be concerned about.
This is my thing. Dunno if that helps.

Life is so simple, why make it complicate?

Yes, the very first thing to do is to jump in the Creator harms. One may choose after to spend his or her time looking at It or It's creation after.

I will be 60 next year. In all my life no one has ever said such things to me. I am moved beyond being moved. Thank you again. Your words make me feel as though I "matter" in a lifetime of feeling "worthless" .....
