The overlap projectory stare, chi concentration...
This is how you do it. Use 2 video recording devices (with high definition is possible), an LCD TV and your hand and a flat piece of quartz crystal (to project hand chi through TV) and a 6" length plastic clear tube hose. The 2 cameras and LCD TV is for over-layering.
1. Record the closed hand peek hole with camera 1 for 2 minutes with a bottle of water in front of the hand on the outside, then blow through the hose pointing at hand peek hole inside of it for the concentrated chi to pass through the hand peek hole and through the flat quartz crystal and through the water bottle (with water in it)pointing up as if pointing at the atmosphere.
2. Rerecord the camera 1 video recording from the LCD TV using camera 2 for 2 minutes.
3. Repeat as many times as you want of step 2 next with camera 1 then camera 2 and so on( or repeat up to 10 -20 times for a powerful effect) using 2 cameras(because I tried it with one camera and the tv and it did weak responses).
The result is moderate rain. But please only use water and never point this to the ground.
Also, using energizers like tesla purple plate or anything to enhance chi and ether will help.
