Yes I know exactly what you are talking about here. I too snap my neck around and long behold that person is looking at me and i too know why they are looking, how they are feeling, their thoughts etc.. I kinda like it except I dont have that mean look once I know :) I just simpy find out why and if their energy signature means no threat to me I just leave them as is. if they are threatening/or curious I send them energy approtiately :)
