Electricity from my finger

This really scared me!!

While meditating, suddenly, I was shocked by this powerful discharge of electricity. The electricity moved out from one of my fingers from my right hand and it passed through the bed. I actually felt the electric arc coming out from my finger, hovering over the top of my finger and when it hit the bed.

I was wide awake, I jumped out from my bed really really scared, this never happened to me before. I looked all around but I was all alone in my room, it was quite late in night. My heart was beating very powerfully, so my breathing. If I was to be asleep, I could have just said that maybe a dream but I was wide awake.

Have you ever electrocuted yourself? I have, many times. Yes, that's how it felt.

This only happens when I meditate, otherwise I have no problems, no involuntary movements, nothing.

What a crazy experience, I just want to share this with you.

@ ThatMan ... Well, for quite some time I have this steady, incessant current flowing from palms of hand and soles of feet. Just as the unending renewal of the bliss purr and soma nectar seeping through hidden nadis. Permanent.

On one occasion, recently I experienced a high voltage vibratory power in my spine, from root to medulla for several minutes. Sheer power, no attribute. That was a one time thing though, after which a connection between Anahata, Ajna and Sahasrara appeared in focus.

Yes! I have not found something similar, I know about the feeling of electricity flowing through the body but not outside the body, this is something crazy.

Once I was so badly electrocuted while meditating that my whole body jumped in the air and I was meditating with my face on the pillow, if you get the picture. One moment I was in a state of deep peace and then I was in the air, hovering over my bed, my whole body.

I know about the nervous system, I know that the body runs with energy, you know, electricity. My guess is that because of a very expanded awareness, one is able to witness things at a very low level, down to the very atoms and even deeper.

Not just once my awareness moved to certain parts of my body, I am not talking about being focused to a certain area, I am talking about being there, seeing the blood, the veins, the lungs, even the brain, that was really awkard. Once I was in my body, doing some healing, almost fully conscious. Some areas were covered by this purple fire and I knew that these areas need to be healed and I made the purple fire go away which in turn healed that area.


Yes, I do get you, I understand, I know how it feels, exactly like when you are electrocuted in real life, same experience but never on the outside coming from within, until few days ago.

Sounds like kundalini.I remember one time i felt presure under my mouse,and then a discharge that made the mouse and my hand to jump some cms.
I experienced these electric shocks several times.At first can give you racing heart,nausea,panic,etc due to the sudden increase of voltage.

Yes, crazy, have you found a way to deal with this wild energy?

Maybe it has to be manipulated.Raw energy that is not good or bad,but not a good idea to be left uncotrolled.
For the moment all i know is that staying on the healthy side helps a lot.

Or maybe this energy is so strong,that at the very end,it'll manipulate us.

It's probably myoclonus. Pretty common.
