If I remember correctly I stated in the past,that my physical health went chaotic,immediately after an intense pain and pressure to my throat Chakra.

I felt something like poison spreading to my blood and after that I become seriously ill.

Now after all these years of intense suffering at all levels, I found this vid.
I don't know the guy, I don't care who he is or if he's legit or not, but what he says about the throat Chakra,matches my experience.

Now this is really something. First you live the experience in pure ignorance and after some years you find a small clue about what it was.
It sucks.

Actually I'm sure I posted it, but it's old.
Still remember that beautiful moment.

Now most likely I had triggered my kundalini to reach the throat, and I unleashed what was there.
In some hours, all the joints of my body were cracking and Ith3 pain was so I tenses that I couldn't walk properly.
From that point I was getting sick more and more. Not to mention the psychic attacks and all the things that were coming out from me.

No need to write it again.
Pure torturing at its best and on all levels.

Well he is one of the most famous guru on youtube, if not the most famous!

Out of hundreds of hours I've watched from him, he is sometimes extravagant, but he definitely has the experience and knowledge.

It's a learning process. Same for me when I slept my head pointing north. I had progressively more and more psychic attacks, I woke up bleeding, I had terrible nights.
The day I changed my sleeping position, all of that was gone.

I guess the directional currents are something that needs to be taken seriously.
The little I know about them is from a magical perspective and I plan to learn how to work them properly.

You gave a very useful info here.It could save someone else as well.

Well I desperately try to broadcast the info, but it seems to be only effective in people who have their energy flowing through the body.
Sadhguru also mentions it in one of his videos.

I've heard of people who got enlightened, and shortly after they had a stroke. To me it's related.
