I was lucky and I found a yoga academy/institute.
It is all taught by a woman who has been teaching for over 30 years.
There is no 3d there. She expects sincer effort and teaches not only about the poses but about the energy of each pose what chakra we should be focusing on, what each movement does to body mind and spirit, there is meditation and breathing exercises... So much to learn but I recomend anyone find a place like this.
It's become such a great part of my life that I just signed up to do the unlimited classes/week annual membership.(rediculously reasonably priced btw)
Can't wait for next semester.
