Best Techniques
What has been the best of the best techniques that worked for you?
For me, motion based techniques doesn't work. (floating up, down, rolling out, the rope...)
Instead what works for me best is the Target Technique.: This is going around my house, in the spirit, touching/feeling/walking for real. I force my consciousness to shift from the human body into the spirit body.
This technique requires a high degree of motivation, desire, focus and action in order to work.
If I have a "passive atittude" it doesn't work for me.
Meanwhile I am using Hemi-Sync Technology with Theta Waves to have a deep relaxation

When your stuck under spell and can't move -- or get Into body or move spirit-- target definitely helps! I find I have moved a few times with subconscious targets.. Thanks for this.

Oh wow!! I guess I'm not the only one with the Target Technique. I love that technique, but one of the best method out there is to enjoy every method, and don't force yourself to Astral Project, or else it won't work. Many Blessings!!

If I wake up at an alarm like 4:00 AM, and then, go into a recliner chair to do meditation and then use the target technique - I do get results per month, but my sleep cycles get screwed.
I wake up tired to start the day.
I actually prefer the indirect method.
The moment I wake up "naturally" without any alarm clock, THEN AND ONLY THEN, I do my separation techniques.
Without having to do any meditation for 30 minutes.
That for the is the most super effective thing ever.
But you have to really PREPARED to be ready for it.
It needs UNCONSCIOUS COMPETENCE.
Also, I can sleep really well without becoming tired
