My first Clear Quartz Crystal

I purchased my first clear quartz crystal today. I feel so lost spiritually, and feel as though my head has been in a fog. I've been having a constant ringing in my ear which seems to get so loud at night.

when I read about its healing properties I had to find a piece.

I found this spiritual shop and walked in on my way home from work.

It was strange when I first saw it something inside me just said "this one". So I purchased it.

It's a crystal with a point. Should I sleep with it under my pillow?

I would suggest that you try meditating with a few times to get used to the new energy. That way you consciously know what the energy feels like and does to you instead of sleeping on it and forgetting the next morning.

Sounds like you're burning out! Yes meditation to bring calmness to your mind will help you feel the energy of your stone. I also suggest that you place your stone under running water everyday, before and after you use it in order to clear all the negative energy. You will know when you can can pull it out of the running water, just keep on listening to that inside voice that helped you select the stone :)

Your intuition is pretty much always right when it comes to crystals and gemstones so you made a good decision. As far as the ringing speaking from my own personal experience my ears tend to ring when a spirit is around me. Of course I wouldn't had known that if the only thing that happened was my ears ringing. But over time my ears would ring and I would get that cold feeling you get when a spirit is around. Also over the years I have felt a spirit touch me dozens of times and almost every time that would happen my ears would ring before, during, or after it happening. So it's possible you have some spirits around you, what type of spirits or nature they are I cannot say obviously. I'm not trying to scare you so if I am I apologize.

I remember when I was a child. I can't recall how old I was but I do remember seeing my Grandfather. My Grandfather passed away before I was born. I recognized him from family pictures. In one of the pictures he had two orange tabbies cats with him.

I recall him coming to me when I was sleeping and when I woke up he was there and said hello.

I remember telling my parents that I had seen Grandpapa and he had been by my bedside. I remember my mother telling me that there was no one there.

A few years ago my maternal grandmother past away. In the last years of her life she was suffering from Alzheimer's. After her passing I so hoped that she got her mind back.

I recall asking if she did get her mind back. Then she came to me in a dream. She told me that she did indeed get her mind and that she was fine.

That was so comforting to hear.

So I'm not afraid of spirits. I know that the my Angles are here to protect me from anything evil.
